Welcome to Flutune. By adding our Discord bot to your server or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flutune, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the bot for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to exploit or harm the service
• Resell or redistribute premium features
• Abuse the API or perform DDoS attacks

3. Premium Subscriptions

• Premium features are granted upon successful payment.
• All subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime.
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

4. Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime (especially for Elite Guilds), Flutune is provided "as is". We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
