By inviting or using Flutune ("the Bot") in your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.
2. Use of Service
Flutune is a music streaming bot. You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes and not to abuse, exploit, or misuse the service. Spamming commands, scraping data, or reverse-engineering the Bot is prohibited.
3. Premium Subscriptions
Premium features are available via a one-time or recurring tip/subscription. Premium benefits are non-transferable, cannot be refunded unless covered under our Refund Policy, and may change over time.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Flutune is provided "as is." We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Music availability depends on third-party platforms.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Flutune at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
